Aleksia Jani

Alexia Gianni is the Head of the Legal Department at TEDA Tirana, Albania’s Technology and Economic Development Area. In her role, she contributes to the legal and institutional development of the Zone and supports its mission to create a trusted and investor-friendly environment for businesses and international investors. She holds a Law Degree from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an LL.M. in Transnational Commercial Law, International Arbitration, Mediation and Banking Law from the International Hellenic University. She is a member of both the Thessaloniki Bar Association and the Tirana Bar Association. Prior to joining TEDA Tirana, she worked for several years with leading law firms in Greece. With an international legal background, Alexia has experience in international commercial contracts, investment and institutional matters, with a focus on the legal framework governing technology and economic development areas, and cooperation between public institutions and private investors.
