What we look for
- A real project, in production or at least piloted.
- People at the centre: workers or service users are better off.
- Measurable results, even small ones.
- The courage to say what did not work.
What to avoid
- Vendor sales presentations
- Projects only announced
- Numbers that cannot be quoted or checked
For selected projects
Why apply
A dedicated session
Selected projects are told in the “Human Driven AI Stories” session. Whether it will also be an award is being defined.
Content after the event
The project becomes an article or a video on HDAI channels, which you can use in your own communication.
An audience of decision-makers
Business leaders, institutions and researchers: those who can replicate your project are in the room.
A real conversation
No automatic replies: every application is followed by a person from the Summit team.
The call officially opens on 3 November 2026: you can already apply.

Can a technology vendor apply?+
Yes, together with the organisation that adopted the solution: the story belongs to those who use it.
Is there a fee to apply?+
No. Applying and selection are not tied to Partner packages.
Is it an award?+
The format is being defined: selection for the dedicated session, with a possible award.
Can we keep some data confidential?+
Yes. Tell us in the form what can be quoted publicly: the rest stays with the committee.
