Yes: every tier has a single-Day ticket (18 or 19 September). If you want both days, the 2-day Bundle costs less than two single Days and guarantees the same seat for the whole Summit.

Every ticket includes your reserved seat in Sala Nike, lunch and coffee breaks for each purchased day, a named QR badge for entry and access to the Summit's official networking app, to meet other attendees and book meetings across the two days. The 2-day Bundle adds a copy of the exclusive HDAI book.

Yes, up to 24 hours before the event. Go to /tickets/transfer with the Order ID and original customer email, then fill the new attendee data. Both will receive confirmation emails with the updated QR. Transfer is free and generates no new transaction fees.

Yes, free parking at Centro Congressi Nexus for all attendees during event days. Capacity ~200 cars, first-come first-served. For groups over 5 cars we recommend arriving by 8:30 AM. Pompei FS train station is 5 minutes walking if you prefer train travel.

Yes, Sala Nike and all Centro Congressi Nexus spaces are fully accessible: access ramps, elevators, dedicated bathrooms, reserved front-row seats for wheelchairs. If you have specific needs (live subtitles, sign language, sensory support), email summit@humandriven-ai.com at least 14 days before the event and we organize dedicated accommodation. All panels have simultaneous IT-EN translation.

Yes, digital participation certificate with name, organization and training hours (CFP) sent via email within 7 days post-event. Document is valid for continuing professional development credits (ECM, CFP architects/engineers, management training). If your company requires specific certification (stamped + signed), email us after registration and we prepare personalized version.

Yes, within 14 days post-event you'll receive private email link to: complete keynote slides (PDF + Keynote/PPT where speaker authorized), full video recordings of main sessions (HD on YouTube unlisted), audio podcast excerpts of panels, white papers and research notes distributed during event, opt-in attendee contact list for continuous networking. All materials remain available for 12 months from event date.

After purchase you receive by email your ticket and your name badge: an A4 sheet to print at home — cut and fold it following the printed instructions, then slip it into the lanyard pouch available at the desk. Alternatively, show the badge QR from your phone at the registration desk and collect it printed. The badge is personal and non-transferable; the same QR will also work with the official networking app.
