Introduction

Human Driven AI Summit — operated by WitUp Ltd — uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure the Site's operation, analyse aggregate use, and improve user experience. This Policy, drafted in compliance with GDPR, ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC and Italian Data Protection Authority Guidelines (8 May 2014 and following), explains:

  • What cookies and similar technologies are
  • Which types we use and on what legal basis
  • How to manage or disable cookies

For full information on personal data processing, see the Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored on the user's device when visiting a website. They allow the site to recognise the device and collect information about browsing activities.

In addition to cookies we use similar technologies such as:

  • Local Storage / Session Storage (browser memory for session preferences)
  • Tracking pixels (1x1 images for analytics — not currently active)

All these technologies are subject to the same consent obligations as cookies.
