Angelo Dalli

As the CEO and Chief Scientist at Umnai since April 2019, I co-founded the organization to pioneer the field of Hybrid Intelligence by developing innovative neurosymbolic AI technologies. My contributions include the invention of Explainable Neural Networks (XNNs), Explainable Transducer Transformers (XTTs), the Hybrid Intelligence framework and the Decision Intelligence Platform, all of which align with UMNAI's mission to create AI systems that are ethical, transparent, and trustworthy by design. With over seven years of leadership at UMNAI and active engagement with global organizations such as ACM, AAAI, and WBAF, I remain committed to advancing the field of artificial intelligence while promoting ethical and inclusive innovation. My work reflects a dedication to harnessing scalable, human-centric AI solutions that prioritize societal impact.
