Ivan Mazzoleni

Ivan Mazzoleni serves as the CEO, or Cultural Energy Orchestrator, of Flowe, a benefit company within the Mediolanum Group. In this role, he leads the development of digital banking services with a focus on innovation and sustainability, championing the "Better Being Economy" and integrating ESG principles into the company's operations. He is also responsible for shaping Flowe's purpose and corporate culture.

Prior to his tenure at Flowe, which began in May 2019, Mazzoleni spent over a decade at Microsoft. There, he held leadership positions including Business Digital Transformation Lead and Digital Advisory Lead, where his work centered on assisting companies with digital transformation, business model innovation, and refining brand positioning and sales strategies. His professional background underscores an expertise in Business Digital Transformation, Business Model Innovation, and Design Thinking.

Mazzoleni's academic foundation includes an MBA from Bocconi University and a Master in Strategic and Operational Marketing from Bologna Business School.
