Jacopo Gubitosi

Jacopo Gubitosi serves as the General Director of Giffoni Experience, a globally recognized cultural institution, and concurrently holds the position of CEO at Drone Experience. His leadership at Giffoni, which he assumed as General Director in 2020, marks a significant evolution for the organization, expanding its focus beyond traditional cinema to encompass innovation, digital creativity, and sustainability.^[1] Having grown up within the framework of the Giffoni Film Festival, founded by his father Claudio Gubitosi, he has been deeply involved with the institution for many years, previously serving as Responsible for Business Strategies Team Coordinator.^[3]

Beyond his work with Giffoni, Gubitosi is the CEO of Drone Experience, a company specializing in advanced aerial filming and video production. Established initially with a small team, the company has expanded its operations, offering services that include 5.2k raw footage and live FullHD transmission for television and cinema.^[4] This venture highlights his engagement with technological innovation and its application within the media and entertainment sectors.
