Luca Tesauro

Luca Tesauro is the Founder, Chairman & CEO of Giffoni Innovation Hub, an Italian creative agency dedicated to cultural and digital innovation. Established in January 2015, the Hub focuses on designing and developing innovative solutions and strategies within the art, culture, and digital sectors, aiming to connect companies, startups, and young talents to implement projects with positive social impact for future generations.^[1]

Tesauro's career in the creative and cultural industries spans over two decades. Prior to founding Giffoni Innovation Hub, he held significant roles at the Giffoni Film Festival, serving as Communication Manager from 2007 to 2013 and later as Head of Innovation Hub in 2014, where he conceived the innovation department that eventually led to the creation of the Hub.^[1] His experience also includes positions as Creative Director and President at Place, and General Manager of MTVacanze.^[1]

An advocate for digital literacy and youth empowerment, Tesauro has been a Member of the Digital Skills and Jobs Coalition for the European Commission since 2017.^[1] His contributions to innovation have been recognized with the Innovation Award from the Rome Business School in 2019.^[5] He also founded Giffoni For Kids, an organization promoting activities and events for children, and La Banca del Libro, a venture in the literary world.^[1]

Tesauro's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Languages and Linguistics from Università degli Studi 'Suor Orsola Benincasa, completed in 2001. His work with Giffoni Innovation Hub continues to foster an ecosystem that supports and develops creative and cultural projects, emphasizing the importance of engaging new generations with technology and innovative content.^[1][5]
