Biography
He began his career in cybersecurity and compliance, gaining experience in complex and regulated projects that taught him the value of security and reliability in digital systems. These foundations served as an important starting point, which he now leverages in his commitment to broader and more strategic sectors. Today, his scientific and professional activities are focused on digital health, neuroscience, healthcare legislation, and the application of artificial intelligence in medicine. In these areas, he coordinates research and consulting activities through Studio Armoni & Associati, with the goal of creating innovative solutions for clinical data management, the development of assisted diagnostic systems, and the adoption of predictive and responsible AI models in healthcare and social-healthcare contexts. He has an international background, with studies conducted at prestigious institutions such as MIT, New York University, Erasmus Universiteit, and EPHEC Bruxelles, and has collaborated with prominent research centers and hospitals like Johns Hopkins Medical Center and the University of Tennessee Medical Center, working on projects that integrate neuroscience, complex networks, and artificial intelligence simulations. In parallel, he has lectured at leading Italian institutions such as Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna di Pisa, Bologna Business School, and the School of Management at the University of Turin, addressing topics related to digital transformation in healthcare, data governance, and healthcare legislation. Author of over 800 scientific publications, he is an active member of associations such as IEEE, ISSA, and CLUSIT. His research on Photon Non Linear Motion received a nomination for the Nobel Prize in Physics in 2023, a testament to his continuous commitment to exploring the frontiers of scientific knowledge.
